3. Project Inquiries and Contracting
Submitting an inquiry or brief via the Website constitutes a commercial request. Definitive timelines, technical specifications, project milestones, deliverables, pricing, and warranties are formalized in a bilateral written service agreement.

If unresolved within 30 calendar days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of mun. Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
